Ingredients: Shredded potatoes, chicken bouillon, peanut butter powder, peanuts, spices.
Add-in's: 1 lb. Shredded Chicken, 14 oz. can diced tomatoes,

Bacon cheeseburger bowl (entree)
Ingredients: Jasmine Rice, Quinoa, Vegetable flakes, Chicken Bouillon, Spices
Add-in's: Shredded chicken, Coconut milk, tomatoes
big bold beef beer chili (soup)
Ingredients: Kidney Beans, Onion flakes, Vegetable flakes, Beef Bouillon, Spices
Add-in's. 2 lb. Ground beef, 2 bottles Beer, 2 slices bacon, 1 can tomato paste, 1 can tomato sauce, one can diced tomatoes
Broccoli Cheddar (soup)
Ingredients Shredded Potatoes, Potato Flakes, Powdered Cheese, Chicken Bouillon, Spices
Add-in's. 1 lb. Broccoli, 8 oz. cheddar cheese, 1 can Evaporated Milk
Cajun Red Beans & Rice (soup)
Ingredients: Red beans, red rice, chicken bouillon, onion flakes, dried vegetables, spices.
Add-in's: Favorite sausage or a ham bone
Cheesy Corn & Bacon Chowder (soup)
Ingredients: Shredded Potatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Bouillon, Onion flakes, Spices
Add-in's: 1/2 lb. Bacon, 2 stalks Celery, 1 can Evaporated Milk, 2 lb. Frozen Corn
Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients Mashed Potato Flakes, Tri-colored pasta, Chicken bouillon, Onion Flakes
Add-in's: 1 lb. Shredded Chicken, 2 diced Carrots
Chicken Sausage Gumbo (soup)
Ingredients: Rice, onion flakes, chicken bouillon, bay leaf, Cajun seasoning
Add-in's: 2 lb. Chicken, 1 lb. sausage, 1 cup white flour, 1/2 cup Canola oil, 1 green pepper, 3 stalks celery, 1 bag frozen Okra
Chicken tortilla soup
Ingredients: Rice, onion flakes, chicken bouillon, Taco seasoning, spices
Add-in's: 1 lb. Chicken, 1 can Enchilada sauce, (hominy)
Coconut Curry Lentil (soup)
Ingredients: Red lentils, yellow peas, coconut, onion flakes, chicken bouillon, spices.
Add-in's: 1 can Coconut milk, 1 lb. shredded chicken or shrimp
creamy orzo w/sausage & Vegetables (entree)
Ingredients: Orzo pasta, vegetable flakes, onion flakes, chicken bouillon, spices
Add-in's: 1 can diced tomatoes, 3-4 small zucchini, 1 lb. Italian sausage, 4 cups baby spinach, 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk and 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Greek chicken Tzatziki bowl (entree)
Ingredients: Jasmine Rice, Spices
Add-in's: 1 lb. cooked chicken, feta cheese, olives, pepperoncini's, cucumbers, tomatoes, red bell pepper, tzatziki sauce
Green Chicken Chili (soup)
Ingredients: Great Northern Beans, onion flakes, chicken bouillon, Masa and spices.
Add-in's: 1 lb. cooked chicken, 1 or 2 cans of diced green chilies, one 28 oz. can diced Tomatillos, 1 to 5 minced fresh jalapenos’, with some of the seeds. Garnish with cilantro, a lime wedge and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips or fried tortillas.
Italian lentil & Sausage soup
Ingredients: Lentils, onion flakes, vegetable flakes, chicken bouillon, shredded potatoes, spices
Add-in's: 1 lb. Italian sausage, 1 stalk celery, 2 carrots and tomato paste
Jambalaya (entree)
Ingredients: Brown Rice, Vegetable Flakes, Onion Flakes, Chicken Bouillon
Add-in's: 1 lb. Chicken or Sausage and/or Shrimp, 14 oz. can diced Rotel tomatoes, 2 stalks celery, 1 large Green Peppers
Lemon Risotto Primavera (entree)
Ingredients: Arborio Rice, minced onions, chicken bouillon, spices
Add-in's: Lemon, Bacon, Shrimp, Asparagus, Butter, Parmesan cheese
Southwest Pinto Beans (soup)
Ingredients: Pinto Beans, onion flakes, dried vegetables, chicken bouillon, parsley flakes spices.
Add-in's: Optional 1 lb. ground turkey or beef
Moroccan couscous w/ chicken and vegetables (entree)
Ingredients: Couscous, onion flakes, chicken bouillon, parsley flakes, dried cranberries, spices
Add-in's: 1 lb. shredded chicken, 1 diced carrot, 1 diced zucchini and 1 can of Garbanzo Beans
pasta fagioli (soup)
Ingredients: Ditalini pasta, Vegetable flakes, onion flakes chicken bouillon, Spices, bay leaf
Add-in's: 2 carrots, 2 diced zucchini, 2 cans Cannellini beans, 1 can diced tomatoes
(Optional) 1 lb. cooked ground turkey or beef
Potato Cheddar Dumpling (soup)
Ingredients: Shredded potatoes, onion flakes, dried vegetables, chicken bouillon, parsley flakes.
Add-in's: 1 Egg, 1 cup Flour, 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, milk or 1 can evaporated milk, diced Carrots or Broccoli, diced Ham
rustic italian sausage tortellini (Soup)
Ingredients: Tortellini shells, Beef bouillon, Onion flakes, Vegetable flakes, Parmesan cheese, Spices
Add-in's: 3 diced carrots, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 lb. Italian sausage, 1/4 cup Pesto, Grated Parmesan cheese
Savory Curry Moroccan Bean (soup)
Ingredients: Kidney beans, shredded potatoes, potato flakes, chicken bouillon, dried vegetables, spices.
Add-in's: 1 Sweet potato, 1 can Evaporated Milk or Coconut Milk, 1/2 cup soy sauce
Serve with sour cream or Yogurt
Split Pea & Ham (soup)
Ingredients: Split Peas, Onion flakes, Vegetable flakes, Chicken bouillon, spices
Add-in's: 2 - 3 Carrots, 1 stalk of Celery, 1/2 lb. diced Ham
Taco bowl
Ingredients: Brown rice, vegetable flakes, onion flakes, spices

Thai Ginger Coconut Soup (Tom Kha Gai)
Ingredients: Brown Rice, Chicken Bouillon, Onion Flakes
Add-in's: 1 lb. thinly sliced raw Chicken, 12 white button mushrooms, 2 cups green cabbage or bok choy, one 14 oz. can coconut cream, Thai basil if desired, 1 lime, cilantro
Tuscan sausage butternut bean soup
Ingredients: White beans, Chopped onion, Vegetable flakes, Chicken Bouillon, Garbanzo beans, Spices
Add-in's: 1 lb. Italian sausage, 1 stalk celery, 3 cups Butternut squash, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 4 cups Kale or Spinach, Parmesan cheese
Vegetable Beef and Barley Soup
Ingredients: Shredded potatoes, Beef Bouillon, Onion Flakes, Pearl Barley, Dried Veggies, Spices.
Add-in's: 1 lb. Beef stew meat or ground beef, 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, 3 carrots, 2 stalks of celery or any other vegetables you want to add
Zuppa Toscana (soup)
Ingredients: Shredded potatoes, onion flakes, dried vegetables, chicken bouillon, parsley flakes, spices.
Add-in's: 1 lb. ground Italian sausage, 1/2 lb. torn fresh kale, 1 can evaporated milk
Breads, Cookies and Cakes
Cheesy Cornbread
Ingredients: Cornmeal, wheat flour, baking powder, salt.
Add-in's: cream corn, cheddar cheese, jalapenos
Makes approximately one dozen
Double Chocolate PB-2 Brownies
Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, vegetable shortening, cocoa, PB2, eggs, chocolate chips.
Add in's: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Makes approximately 12-15
